I feel this book would be most helpful for pastors or other Christians in relationships with believers who suffer with depression or anxiety. As someone who does, I found that I was examining myself to much, adding to my despair which the book even says is a problem for these types. If you’re looking to decide whether or not medication is right for you or if you have more of psychological problem than a sin problem, than this book proves helpful.
